Job Requisition ID # 26WD99069 職務概要 Sales Specialist, Construction は、建設業界向けの新興ソリューション（Emerging Solutions）の営業機会を主体的に発掘・推進する役割を担います。Account Executive（AE）および Account Representative（AR）と連携しながら営業活動を行い、製品に関する高度な専門知識を提供します。また、製品のカスタマイズ、戦略的な営業計画、ストーリーテリング、パートナーとの効果的なエンゲージメントおよび交渉スキルを活用し、売上拡大と契約更新（Renewal）の管理を推進します。 主な職務内容 新規販売、アップセル、クロスセルを含む Emerging Solutions の営業機会を主体的に発掘・推進する。 AE および AR と協業し、既存顧客への共同営業（Co-selling）を通じて顧客ビジネスの拡大を推進する。 担当する製品ソリューショングループ（例：Fusion、Water、Construction）における高度な製品専門知識を提供する。 新規売上の拡大と Emerging Solutions の導入促進に向けた営業戦略を策定・実行する。 Autodesk の独自のビジネス価値を訴求し、市場をリードするソリューションとして Emerging Solutions を提案する。 Emerging Solutions に関する正確な売上予測（Forecast）およびレポーティングを実施する。 基本的な製品カスタマイズの要望に対応し、最小限のサポートで技術的な課題を解決する。 営業プロセス全体を通じて、顧客に対する価値（Value）および投資対効果（ROI）の提案・説明を主導する。
