About ZEISS ZEISSグループは、創業者のカール ツァイスが1846年にドイツ東部の都市、イエナに開設した精密機器および光学部品の工房から急成長を遂げました。日本では1911年にカールツァイス株式会社が設立され、約400人の従業員が5つの事業所で販売とサービスを提供しています。ZEISS日本は半導体、自動車、機械工学、生物医学研究、医療技術のパートナーであり、眼鏡レンズやカメラレンズ、双眼鏡の大手メーカーでもあります。 職務内容 IQR（顕微鏡および産業用測定機器部門）のセールスとサービスのオーダープロセスアドミニストレーターHead of Order Processingにレポートする。セールスオーダーおよびサービスオーダー処理全般と、それに関連する業務を担当します。顧客および代理店からの各種問い合わせ・依頼に対応し、関連部門と連携しながら、コアシステムを用いてセールスオーダーおよび修理オーダーを作成・管理します（初期情報・見積もりの作成から、請求・入金に至るまでの一連のプロセスを含みます）。また、業務プロセスの改善を推進し、関連する各種プロジェクトにも参画します。 1. SAPシステム、Salesforce.com、Service CRMを活用し、受注から請求書発行、入金管理までの業務を行う。 2. 修理部品の手配および購買チームや物流チームとの調整を行う。 3. 受注処理および請求書発行に関する業務および管理を担当する。 4. 電話応対やメール対応などのコミュニケーション業務を行う。 5. 各種証明書の発行を行う。 6. 海外修理に関する出荷手配、状況管理、入荷管理を行う。 7. セールスオーダーおよび修理案件の管理・モニタリングを行い、マネージャーに報告する。 8. 関係者との連絡・協力を行う。 9. マネージャーから依頼されたその他の受注処理関連業務を行う。 10. 業務プロセスの改善を推進する。 必要条件 ・5年以上のサービスアシスタント経験。 ・基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、SharePointなど）。 ・SAPおよびCRMを使用した業務経験。 ・ビジネスレベルの英語:メール、説明、オンライン会議、会議出席が可能なレベル 歓迎条件 ・電子顕微鏡に関する知識。 ・Zeiss製品に関する知識。
