企業概要 Santenは、眼科医療に特化した130年の歴史を持つ製薬企業です。日本発のグローバル企業として60カ国以上に拠点を持ち、目の健康のために様々な革新的な治療法とデジタルソリューションを提供し、世界中の人々の視覚に関わる社会問題に取り組んでいます。 求人内容 当社が国内トップクラスの売上シェアを持つ一般用眼科薬事業において、サンテFXなどの一般用目薬のドラッグストア・薬局・代理店への営業担当としてご活躍いただきます。 【業務内容】 近年世界的に進む高齢化やPC・スマホ普及などにより眼科薬の重要性が高まる中、医療用眼科薬で培った専門性・技術力を生かして、 スイッチOTC（医療用から一般用に転換した医薬品）の販売など、消費者の新たなニーズへの対応に取り組んでいきます。 将来的には、創意工夫によるマーケット創造や競合優位性の構築に貢献いただけることを期待しています。 生活者の眼の健康に貢献するために、小売企業とともにアイケア啓発を通し①使用者増（トライヤル増）②使用習慣化増（リピート増）に努め、 下記を基本使命として、営業活動を行って頂きます。 1軒でも多くの店舗に対し、当社製品の視認性（フェース数、多箇所、目立つPopなど）を高める。 1企業でも多くの小売企業に対し、商品の展開だけでなく生活者の眼の健康に最も適した商品の使用習慣につながる販売方法を提案し賛同いただくことで、取引先での店頭展開量・推奨位置づけをより多く獲得する。また、財務目標（卸出荷金額）、インストアシェア目標の達成および、顧客満足度の向上に向け、取引先に対する活動と社内業務を行う。 パートナーである販売代理店と連携し、生活者一人一人に向けた情報提供を実施するための方法論を明確にし、店頭において生活者の眼の健康に貢献する為の売り場つくりや販促提案を実施する。 【具体的には】 ◆定期的に小売企本部を訪問し、「新商品」や「キャンペーン」の情報を提供 ◆売場レイアウトのご提案、POP作成・設置、商品陳列・補充 ◆担当小売企業・店舗の課題発掘・それに対する打ち手の提案 ◆店舗販促・成功事例の社内展開および他事業部との協働 資格 採用条件 ・一般職、主任、係長クラスでの採用、候補者の年収・スキルを考慮 （年収イメージ 500万～1000万） ・勤務地は東京、名古屋、大阪、福岡の予定（面接時に要相談）転勤有り 必須経験 ・営業経験1年以上（業界問わず） 下記の経験をお持ちの方は歓迎します ・一般用医薬品業界、一般消費財業界、飲料業界、食品業界における営業経験１年以上 ・小売業（ドラッグストア、GMS・SM、CVSなど）への営業経験 期待人材 顧客との人間関係だけに頼った営業ではなく、生活者の本質的な課題解決につながる提案型営業ができる方、ロジカルに考え行動出来る方 その他の情報 勤務地について：（将来にわたっての転勤の範囲）本社および全国の支店、営業所 Santenにおけるキャリア構築 Santenでのキャリアは、あなたにとって変化をもたらす機会となります。Santenは、「Santen2030」に示されている長期的ビジョンを通じて、視覚障がい者の社会的・経済的ニーズに応える社会イノベーターとなることを目指しています。そのために私たちは、世界中のチームメンバーと多様な才能を発揮し合い、柔軟な働き方とインクルーシブな職場環境を提供しております。その結果、新たなソリューションを発見し、患者様への理解、治療の革新を推進しています。 Santenグループは、Equal Opportunity
