Job Description 業務内容※ 調達プロセスオーナーとして、調達プロセスとポリシーの定義、手順の文書化と更新を支援し、障害が発生した場合の根本原因分析を実行します。 さらに要件と仕様を維持しベンダーに伝達します。 取引条件を交渉し、注文書による発注が可能な内容と契約書の取り交わしが必要な内容を明確化し、サービス レベル アグリーメント (SLA)作成のルールを確立します。 割り当てられたカテゴリについてマーケットや主要サプライヤーを理解し、 サプライヤーの品質とコストの両方を向上させるために、最良のサプライヤーと提携するための適切な戦略を決定します。 59億円／年(国内・海外調達の完成品、サービス外注) : 30億円/年 (8.8億円、不動産7.3億円、船舶2.7億円) 主要サプライヤーとの関係を変革し、継続的な改善と革新を推進するためのサプライヤー関係管理プログラムを開発および実施します。 供給および社内のニーズを理解し、コスト削減とパフォーマンス向上の機会を特定し、それを実現します サプライヤーのパフォーマンス、リードタイム、コストパフォーマンス、生産性、品質を測定するために、主要なサプライヤー/ベンダーの指標と KPI を監視および維持します。 ベンダーの削減やベンダーのオンボーディングプロセスなど、間接調達のプロセスとタスクを合理化、自動化、簡素化するためのプロセス改善プロジェクトと取り組みを主導し、社内調達ポリシーを策定して文書化します。 調達プロジェクトを特定、計画、実行、追跡、報告し、コスト/品質/サービスの節約を実現します。 割り当てられた調達イニシアチブと特定の国のコスト削減イニシアチブの進捗状況を監視しながら、改善計画のサポートと新たな機会/リスクに関する上級リーダーへの最新情報を提供します 調達プロジェクトのリーダーシップを発揮し、割り当てられた国の運営イニシアチブと節約目標の達成をリードします。 EBITA の最大化をサポートするために、特別プロジェクト、プロセス改善プロジェクト、およびその他の関連業務を推進、主導、および/またはサポートします。 ベンダーおよび商業チームと提携して優先ベンダーを確立し、スケールメリットを活用し、ローカルおよびグローバルでサーモフィッシャーの購買力を活用します。 ※ Excel、Access、Powerpoint、ERP システムの高度なスキル。 複雑なグローバルかつマトリックス型の組織において、部門や部門を超えて独立して機能する能力。 前向きで、高い緊張感を持って行動する 継続的な改善意識と、権限がなくても影響力を及ぼす能力。 商業的理解に優れ、分析的思考を含むビジネス洞察力を備えている。 強い個人的な意欲、忍耐力、勝利への意志 優れた英語力。
