Amazon Easy Ship（AES）は、販売事業者様が自社倉庫に在庫を保管したまま、Amazon配送ネットワークを活用して商品を届けることができるサービスです。FBA（フルフィルメント by Amazon）のように在庫を預ける必要がなく、自社の在庫管理を維持しながら、購入者にはAmazonブランドの配送品質（迅速な配送、正確な配送予定日、追跡情報）を提供できます。 AESは2024年秋に日本でローンチし、利用者数・出荷量が急速に拡大しています。この成長をさらに加速させるため、アカウントマネージャーを募集します。 本ポジションのアカウントマネージャーは、大手販売事業者様の物流プロセスを深く理解した上でAESを導入し、販売事業者様のビジネス拡大に直接貢献します。同時に、拡大フェーズにあるAESというプロダクトそのものを、PM（プロダクトマネージャー）やAMZL（Amazon物流部門）、グローバルEasy Shipチームと協業しながら、販売事業者様に選ばれるプロダクトへと成長させていく——営業とプロダクト開発の両面でインパクトを出せる、やりがいのあるポジションです。 AESは今後、対応エリアの拡大、配送オプションの多様化、システム連携の強化を通じてさらなる成長を目指しています。その中でアカウントマネージャーは、単に販売事業者様にサービスを提案するだけではありません。販売事業者様がAESに期待すること、求める機能を最前線でキャッチし、PMやAMZLにフィードバックとして連携することでプロダクト改善を推進します。自らの顧客接点から生まれたインサイトがプロダクトに反映され、サービスが進化していく過程を間近で実感できる、これがこのポジションならではの面白さです。 Key job responsibilities ・大手販売事業者様へのAES導入提案・交渉・契約締結 ・販売事業者様の物流オペレーションを分析し、AES導入による効果（コスト削減・配送品質向上）のシミュレーション・提示 ・導入後のアカウント管理：利用率・出荷ボリュームの拡大施策の立案と実行 ・配送品質KPI（配送リードタイム、オンタイムデリバリー率等）のモニタリングと改善アクションの推進 ・販売事業者様の声（要望・課題・期待する機能）を収集し、PMやAMZLへフィードバック連携 ・社内ステークホルダー（PM、AMZL、グローバルEasy Shipチーム）との連携・調整 ・導入・運用に必要なオペレーションプロセスの設計・標準化 ・パイプライン管理、成果指標の分析、リーダーシップへのレポーティング Basic Qualifications- 【基本条件】 - 教育レベル：大卒以上 - 職務経験：法人営業、アカウントマネジメント、ビジネスコンサルティング、インサイドセールス、マーケティングなどの実務経験4年以上 - PCスキル：Microsoft Excel でのデータ集計・分析、Microsoft Word での文書作成 ・英語：定常的に書面（email、レポート）、および口頭（会議、電話、TV会議）でのコミュニケーションを行うことができる -
