(English follows) 【部署の説明/ Description about the division】 オペレーショナルリスクマネジメントは、ORMスコープのリスク領域（ビジネスオペレーションリスク、ビジネス継続性＆セキュリティリスク、不正リスク、サイバーリスク、ITリスク）に関して、第二の防衛機能ラインです。コントロールフレームワークの設計、評価、助言、挑戦、ならびにコントロールの有効性に関する独立したテスト（適切な文書化を含む）、およびレポート作成を行います。 エヌエヌ生命にとってリスクを効果的に管理することは重要な優先事項であり、事業戦略の成功に不可欠と考えられています。 オペレーショナルリスク管理チームはプロセス、ポリシー、システム等の不備に起因したリスクが適切に管理されるよう、マネジメントおよび事業部門を支援します。 私たちは主に情報（IT）、詐欺、パーソナルおよびフィジカルセキュリティ、プロジェクト、外部委託や人事関連、危機/災害管理 (BCP BCP/DR)に関連するリスクを対象とし、事業目標および戦略に沿った適切なリスク管理体制を目指します。 【職務内容/ Job Description】 オペレーショナルリスク管理チームを率いる高度なスキルを持つ部長を求めています。オペレーショナルリスク、ITリスク、不正、事業継続管理、およびその他の関連分野に焦点を当てた8名の専門的なチームの管理を担当します。部長は、強力なリーダーシップスキルを持ち、主要なオペレーショナルリスク、特に情報リスクに関する知識を持ち、非常に優れたコミュニケーターおよび交渉者であり、ボトムアップそしてトップダウンで管理できる必要があります。理想的な候補者は、順応性があり、結果志向である必要があります。 主な責務: ・オペレーショナルリスク管理を担当する8名の専門的なチームを管理、モチベートし率いる ・効果的なリスク管理の枠組みとプロセスを強化・維持する。 ・ガバナンス – 3つの防衛線リスクガバナンスモデルに従って、効果的なリスク管理と内部統制のフレームワークを開発、整理、組み込み、内部ポリシーと規制要件の両方を確実に遵守する ・事象の特定 – 堅牢なインシデント管理体制(レポート、フォローアップ、インシデントから学んだ教訓、リスクの特定)を確立する。 ・リスク評価 – リスク評価(商品、プロジェクト、および不正を評価するための営業や契約などのプロセス、または事業継続性を確保するための主要なプロセスなど)を実行し、固有の制御可能なリスクを定め、測定します。また、すべての重大なリスクがエヌエヌ生命の責任者によって管理されるよう支援する。 ・リスク対応 – リスク許容度を超えていると評価されたリスクに対して、経営陣および/または担当者が迅速な対応(リスクの軽減、回避、受容、または移転)を行うように支援する。 ・統制活動 – リスク対応の継続的な持続可能性と有効性を確保するために、ポリシー、ミニマムスタンダード、ガイドライン、および手順に従って管理措置を迅速に実施するために、経営陣と第一の防衛線をサポートする。 ・情報とコミュニケーション

Job Description 【職務内容】 １）企業主導で行う研究プロジェクトにおいて、研究プロジェクトマネジメントを行い、計画に則ったエビデンス創出に貢献する。 研究プロジェクトでは、計画立案、予算管理、実行、結果公表までのプロセスにおいて、スタディチームの一員として、社内関連部門（研究開発本部、法務・コンプライアンス部門、購買部門、ファイナンス部門 等）及び米国本社及び社外パートナーとの協働を行う。 • 研究立案フェーズでは、研究タイムライン、予算計画を立案するとともに、研究の実施可能性評価をリードする。 • 開始準備フェーズでは、ベンダー選定や施設選定や各種契約書作成や社内規定アセスメント等、多岐にわたる業務を担当し、タイムライン通りに研究開始を達成できるようプロジェクトを推進する。 • 実行フェーズでは、ベンダーマネジメントやコストマネジメントやスケジュールマネジメントを通じて、計画通りプロジェクトが推進するよう管理する。また、研究のクオリティ担保に努める。 • 社内関連部署との連携をとりながら、倫理指針や各種法規制やガイドラインに基づき研究を進め、コンプライアンス遵守に努める。 • 米国本社主導研究の場合、本社担当者と協業しプロジェクト推進に努める。 ２）研究者及びその所属研究機関、米国本社、社内関連部門（メディカルアフェアーズ、研究開発本部、法務・コンプライアンス部門など）との協働により、研究者の独立性・研究の中立性を保ちながら、研究者主導研究(IIS)支援のオペレーションを管理・実行し、日本の研究者による革新的なエビデンスの創出を支援する。 • IIS申請支援、採択案件の契約、研究資金や研究用薬剤/化合物の提供、研究開始準備、実施、結果報告の全プロセスを通して、社内関連部門と協業しながら研究者/研究機関及び米国本社担当者等との調整/交渉を行い、IIS支援のオペレーションを管理・実行する。 • 新たな治療法の研究が進むがん領域においては医師主導治験もIIS支援制度の対象とし、審査により採択された場合は研究資金や治験薬の供与を行うことで、将来の新規がん治療法の開発を支援する。 • 前例のない、新規の研究支援制度の導入に際して、社内関連部門と連携/協働し創造的に解決策を見出す。 • 米国本社が全世界で展開するIIS支援制度の最新情報を社外ホームページに掲載し、申請を検討する研究者に対しては、社内関連部門と連携して制度や手順についての詳細情報を提供する。 • 研究者所属研究機関との研究契約に際しては、契約書案の作成や契約交渉や締結手続きを行う。 • 研究開始後は、契約に基づき研究進捗(Publication状況を含む)を確認し、研究用薬剤/化合物提供の手配、及びマイルストンに応じた研究費の支払い手続きを行う。 【応募資格】 必須条件 • 製薬企業、CROまたは研究機関において、5年以上のスタディマネジメントまたはオペレーション経験を有する方。（治験、臨床研究を問わない）PMP（Project Management Professional）資格を有していればなお良い。 • 組織横断的なプロジェクトマネジメント業務の経験を有する方 •
