Account Services Manager / アカウントサービスマネージャー Description - アカウントサービスマネージャー(ASM)の職務内容 担当する顧客 日本国内でHP Indigo デジタル印刷機およびHPインクジェットデジタル印刷機を導入する顧客3社～5社程度。 主な役割 お客様とのコミュニケーション、技術課題の進捗管理、各種改善プロジェクト等の企画・立案・遂行、パートナーおよび国内外他部署との連携、サービスコストの管理、各種レポーティングまで、様々なタスクが含まれる。関係する社内の関連部門、グローバルの部署、社外の協力会社と連携を取りながら、お客様のオペレーショナルエクセレンス達成と成長を支援する。 また、担当する顧客以外においてもHPソリューションの提案、開発、提供などを行い、HPビジネス売上増へ繋げる。 業務内容オペレーショナルエクセレンスの達成と成長の支援 顧客担当者とのコミュニケーションおよび関係維持（工場（現場オペレーター、生産管理部門）、マネジメント、IT部門など） 各種技術課題の管理、および早期解決に向けた支援（エスカレーション等） 生産性（オペレーショナルエクセレンス）のモニタリング、阻害要因の分析 改善のために必要な教育やソリューションの提案、デリバリー支援 活動計画の立案、定期的な報告（社内およびお客様） 生産性向上ミーティングなどを企画し定期的にアップデートを行う プロジェクト管理 新台インストール、アップグレード、移設等のプロジェクトをプロジェクトリーダーとして遂行 国内外のインストールマネージャー、サービスマネージャー、エンジニア、営業、マーケティングなどと協調し、インストール計画を立案、提案を取りまとめ、お客様と合意する スケジュールに沿って必要なリソースを調整し、プロジェクトをデリバリーする。 プロジェクト進捗を社内外へ報告する。 問題が起きた際は適宜エスカレーションを行い解決に努める 残課題についてはパンチリストを作成し、進捗を管理、報告を行う ビジネス開発および営業サポート 新ソリューションの開発およびデリバリーのリード（以下は一例） 新規ユーザーに対する立上げ支援プロジェクト HP Indigoの特徴を活用したカラーソリューション 複雑な要件の加工機の調査および提案 ソフトウェア/ワークフローソリューションの活用提案、コンサル 営業サポート 専門的知見、経験を活かして特定ソリューションを必要とする商談の発掘および提案活動において営業を支援 お客様の要求内容を正確に把握し、対応するHP商品、ソリューションの紹介を実施。加えて、状況に応じてGBU、リージョンとのコミュニケーションをリードする
