About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 S&P Global Ratings 担当業務と役割: Senior Analyst シニアメンバーのサポートを受けながら、事業会社、インフラ、政府関連など、さまざまな債券発行体との協議を通しての信用力分析 債券発行体の総合的な信用力に加え、クレジットベースの商品や金融取引における金融債務の履行能力の評価 業界別、国・地域別の債券発行体の業務・収益状況をまとめた質の高いレポートの定期的な発行と、タイムリーな格付け見直し 投資家との議論を通じて、深い分析的洞察と将来的展望に基づくS&Pのクレジット・オピニオンを提供 チーム内のデータ周りの補助的サポート（マクロ・特定業界データ、単発的なコメンタリー・レポートのバックデータ収集・加工など） チーム内で期待される役割 深い分析能力を持ち、事実と数字に裏付けられた洞察に満ちた見解を示すこと 高度な産業専門知識、将来を見据えた洞察力、グローバルな同業他社比較の視点を示すこと ステークホルダーと積極的にコミュニケーションをとり、簡潔かつ的確な表現すること リーダーシップを発揮し、チームの業績に貢献するロールモデル的な行動をとること 具体的な業務 担当発行体と日常的なコミュニケーションを取り、最低年に1回の定期的な信用力分析を行い、適時な格付けアクションを取ること 金融市場参加者向けに定期的なクレジットレポートを発行すること 業界動向や企業固有のリスク要因を分析し、市場のニーズに応じて、ウェビナー、オンライン/対面ミーティング、セミナーなどを通して、S&Pの認知度を向上させること グローバルな分析チームに参加し、分析業務に関連する様々なプロジェクトを遂行すること 企業の財務データやデータベースの更新 分析業務に関連する単発的なプロジェクトの遂行 業務を通して習得できること クレジットアナリストとして、S&Pの分析ノウハウやグローバルな視点を集中的に学ぶことができます。 日本の大手企業と業界の見通しやクレジットの視点について、集中的に議論することができます。 社内の産業別やテーマ別のグローバルな分析チームに参加し、シニアメンバーと意見交換し、外部へ情報発信をすることができます。
