Job Location Kobe Job Description ご応募いただく際は、必ず中途採用応募手続きガイドを参照の上、ご応募ください。 【仕事内容】 弊社国内工場で生産された様々なカテゴリーの製品や弊社海外工場から輸入された製品を国内の取引先（Eコマース、ドラッグストア、量販店、スーパーなど）の配送センター、店舗までお届けする物流網の管理を担う物流オペレーションチームに所属し、物流の効率化、イノベーションを推進リードするポジションです。この物流オペレーションチームは主に以下３つの役割を担っています。 １）取引先へのタイムリーな配送、納品：昨今の輸送・倉庫分野での人手不足に対応し、物流を滞らせない能力を事前に、又恒常的に確保することで日々の取引先からの製品発注に対し、また新製品の一斉出荷の繁忙期にタイムリーに品物を取引先にお届けする。 ２）物流の効率化、コスト削減：物流費が高騰する中、それを消費者に転嫁しないように構造的な物流の効率化を推し進める。顧客にお届けするまでのタッチ数の削減、自動化設備の導入、トラック積載効率の改善などのプランニング、アクションを率先する。 ３）品質・安全・法規遵守：弊社の物流オペレーションが法規にのっとり作業者の安全を危険にさらすことなく、消費者へお届けする製品の品質も損なうことのないよう、継続的に改善行動をとる。 具体的な仕事内容は以下の通りです。 ―倉庫・輸送分野における人材不足に対応した能力の確保・業務効率化の推進 ―物流におけるタッチ数を削減する物流網の構築 ―弊社工場倉庫から取引先への直送率向上の複数の取り組みをリード ―3PL（倉庫、輸送会社）と倉庫業務の中長期的な継続的な改善（効率・自動化）を行う ―組織内部でPDCAをリードし、ゼロロスカルチャーを構成する 弊社はGartner Supply Chain Mastery Awardにおいて９年連続でサプライ チェーントップ25社に選ばれています。常に効率を追求し、ITを駆使した弊社のサプライチェーン管理を学んでいただける機会があり、私たちと共に更なる改善を目指していただける方にお越しいただきたいと考えています。 【勤務地】 神戸 【選考プロセス】 1. 書類選考 2. オンラインテスト（２種類） 3. オンライン面接2回程度 ※オンラインテストのご案内は書類選考後2-3営業日以内に配信されます。マイページ（候補者ホーム）よりテスト配信後1週間以内にオンラインテスト2種類両方を受検ください。両方受検完了いただいた方より次のステップにお進みいただきます。期限までに2種類のテストを受検いただけない場合は、選考辞退となりますのでご注意ください。 【応募方法】 応募ボタンを押し、「手動で応募」を選択し、次の画面右上で「日本語」を選択後、まずはアカウントを作成して応募手続きください。ご応募の際には、 和文履歴書、和文職務経歴書の2点を必ずアップロードください。
