アイデンティティセキュリティ基盤「Josys」について Josysは、企業内のあらゆる認証情報（アイデンティティ）を統合的に管理・防御する、AI駆動のアイデンティティセキュリティ基盤です。従業員・業務委託先のアカウントに加え、AIエージェントやサービスアカウントなど、人・AI・システムを横断して増加する認証情報を一元的に可視化し、守ります。 ダークウェブ起点の認証情報漏洩・感染端末の検知、AIエージェントの自動発見と管理、ポリシーにもとづくAIの自律型セキュリティ対応を中核に、SaaS統合管理で培ったアクセスガバナンスやライセンス最適化の機能を統合。権限管理やリスク対応を自動化し、セキュリティ人材不足のなかでも運用負荷を抑えながら、組織全体のアイデンティティを守ります。 Josysは、すべてのアイデンティティ、すべてのアプリケーションを、AIで守ることを通じて、日本企業が安心して事業活動を行える環境づくりを推進してまいります。 解決する課題 急速に利用が拡大するSaaS・AIアプリにより、世界中のコーポレート部門は複雑な管理業務を求められる状況にあります。また、昨今のサイバーセキュリティインシデントでは、漏洩したIDを用いた攻撃がスタンダードとなっており、エンタープライズを中心により高いレベルでの対策が急務となっています。 一方で、求められる速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これはコロナ禍を経てSaaS利用が増大した背景があり、日本だけでなくグローバルで同時多発的に発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。 そこで求められるのは、AIによってアイデンティティ・SaaS・デバイスの情報を統合的に管理し、リスクを最小化しながら運用を効率化することです。ジョーシスはAI Drivenなマネジメントプラットフォームを通じて、現場のオペレーションまで一貫して支援し、企業のアイデンティティ管理におけるガバナンス向上とセキュリティリスクの最小化に寄与します。 日本発グローバル企業への挑戦 海外発SaaSを国内で使う機会は多いものの、グローバルで使われる日本発SaaSはほとんどないのが実情です。それだけ グローバルプロダクト を事業として成功させることの難易度は高いとも言えます。JOSYSはそんな現状を打ち破り、日本をマザーマーケットとしながら世界でも使われるサービスを提供していくチャレンジの真っ只中にいます。この難易度の高い課題を、優秀なグローバルの同僚と共に、自分自身の手で創り上げていく熱い想いのある方を募集しています。 概要 エンタープライズ／大企業を主対象に、商談での技術プリセールス（ソリューションアーキテクト）から、スクリプト・自動化・API連携の実装、そして導入・オンボーディング〜Go Liveまでを技術で牽引する Solutions Architect（テクニカルプリセールス／オンボーディング）を募集します。 あなたは二つの顔を持ちます。ひとつは、商談における“技術の最終権威”。顧客のIT・セキュリティ責任者の鋭い質問に的確に答え、デモやPoCで価値を証明し、実現可能なアーキテクチャを描く役割です。もうひとつは、契約後に導入・オンボーディングを牽引する“実装エンジニア”。生成AIを活用したキッティングやアカウントプロビジョニングによる“人の作業の極小化”、顧客のビジネスルールに基づくプロセス自動化を、スクリプトとAIで自らの手で組み上げます。 役割の本質は、“作って終わり”ではなく“動くまで、価値が出るまで責任を持つ”こと。ソフトウェアエンジニアリング × プロダクト思考 × 顧客への深い理解が交わる、いま最も市場価値の高いエンジニア像を、日本のエンタープライズ×アイデンティティセキュリティ領域で体現するポジションです。 業務内容 テクニカルプリセールス / ソリューションアーキテクト 商談における技術的な最終回答者として、顧客のIT・セキュリティ要件・懸念に対応（アーキテクチャ、セキュリティ、連携、移行の観点） デモ環境・PoCの設計と実施、技術検証、RFP／セキュリティチェックシートへの回答 顧客の環境（IdP・SaaS・デバイス・MDM/RMM）を踏まえた、実現可能なソリューションアーキテクチャの設計 スクリプト / 自動化開発（NinjaOne 等） NinjaOne等のRMMのAutomation Library／スクリプト（PowerShell／Bash／JavaScript）と生成AIを組み合わせた、キッティング（初期設定・アプリ配布・構成適用）の自動化・ゼロタッチ化（ポリシー連動・条件トリガー・スケジュール実行）
