戦略的パートナーシップ＆コミュニケーションマネージャー（日本） 東京オフィス 私たちは、「より良く長い人生のために、がんと共に生きる一人ひとりの経験から学ぶ」というミッションを共に達成していく、戦略的パートナーシップ＆コミュニケーションマネージャーを募集しています。がん治療の未来を変える次世代のチェンジメーカーとして、私たちと一緒に挑戦しませんか？ Flatiron Healthは、データを力に変えて、世界中のすべてのがん患者さんにより良い医療を提供することを目指すヘルステック企業です。米国、欧州、日本のがん拠点病院や医療機関とパートナーシップを結び、患者さんの日々の治療経験をリアルワールドエビデンス（RWE）へと変え、よりモダンでつながりのあるオンコロジーエコシステムの構築を進めています。私たちのチームには、腫瘍内科医、データサイエンティスト、ソフトウェアエンジニア、疫学専門家、プロダクトエキスパートなど、多様な分野のプロフェッショナルが揃っています。なお、Flatiron Healthはロシュ・グループの独立した関連会社です。 業務内容 戦略的パートナーシップ＆コミュニケーションマネージャーとして、日本におけるFlatironのプレゼンスの向上とパートナーシップの推進において、中心かつ非常に柔軟な役割を担っていただきます。日本のヘルスケアエコシステムにおけるマーケティングおよびコミュニケーション戦略を自ら牽引・発展させると同時に、パートナーシップの締結やパートナーシップ開始後の実行サポートにも実務レベルで深く関わっていただきます。 このポジションは、変化が速いスタートアップの環境を楽しみ、自ら手を動かして地道な業務にも取り組める方、戦略的な思考とオペレーション（実務）の両面で柔軟に対応でき、コンセプトの立案から最終的な形に仕上げるまで、主体性を持って責任を持って進められる力をお持ちの方に最適です。マーケティング、コミュニケーション、パートナーシップの各領域において、明確さ、信頼性、そして確実な実行力を担保しながら、Flatironががん治療に関わる医療機関、病院、パートナーとどのようにエンゲージしていくかを形作るサポートをしていただきます。 具体的には以下の業務を担っていただきます： 日本におけるFlatironのマーケティングおよびコミュニケーション戦略を構築・推進し、優先事項を定義した上で、ビジネスやパートナーシップの目標に沿った明確で実行可能な計画に落とし込む 自社チャネル（ウェブサイト、記事、ブログ、ウェビナー、ソーシャルメディア、印刷物など）における高品質なコンテンツの企画から公開（HubSpotなどのツールを使用）までを担当し、米国チームと連携しながらFlatironのウェブサイトの継続的なアップデートをリードする 医療機関や製薬企業との戦略的パートナーシップのサポート（資料作成、書面でのコミュニケーション、パートナーシップに関する協議や交渉への直接的な参加など） 契約締結前後におけるオペレーションの実行、パートナーとのコミュニケーション、継続的なコラボレーション（必要な倫理審査／IRB関連の手続き、情報フローの調整、フォローアップ、合意された成果物の管理など）のサポートを通じたパートナーシップの成功への貢献 カレンダー、トラッカー、リソースの管理を含む堅牢なドキュメント化とトラッキングを通じて、マーケティング、コミュニケーション、パートナーシップの運用を標準化し、一貫性、品質、そして測定可能なインパクト向上への貢献 日本の製薬企業、医療機関、研究機関、政策関係者向けに最適化されたコミュニケーション（オンコロジー、リアルワールドエビデンス、データの機密性に細心の注意を払い、規制やエビデンスに関連する文脈を含む）の作成 学会、業界イベント、パートナー向けフォーラムにおけるFlatironの存在感の創出と調整（日本国内で開催されるFlatiron主催のイベント、ラウンドテーブル、ブリーフィングなどの企画および実行を含む） 求める人物像 周囲への思いやりがあり、協調性と柔軟性を兼ね備え、自ら課題を解決できる方を求めています。専門分野の枠を超えて協力し合い、サポートが必要な場面にはいつでも手を差し伸べられるような方を歓迎します。戦略的な思考を持ちながらも、自ら手を動かす姿勢を大切にし、泥臭い実務を厭わず、長期的な計画と目の前の実行のバランスを取ることができる方を求めています。明確なコミュニケーションができ、自立して業務を進め、複雑なヘルスケア環境において高品質な成果を出すことに誇りを持てる方、さらに、以下の経験やスキルのある方を求めています： ヘルスケア、製薬、ライフサイエンス、ヘルステック、または変化の速いスタートアップ環境における、コミュニケーション、PR、マーケティング、コンサルティング、パートナーシップ、またはそれらに類する職務での3〜5年以上の経験 優れたライティングおよび編集スキル（細部、トーン、ニュアンス、正確性の追求への強いこだわり） 日本の病院、製薬企業、規制当局とのパートナーシップ開発および継続的なパートナー運用のサポートに対する関心と適性 ネイティブレベルの日本語、およびビジネスレベルの英語力 マーケティングまたはコミュニケーション戦略を策定し、実行した実績（日本のヘルスケアエコシステム内での経験があれば尚可） 日本の複雑な規制や倫理的環境を主体的に深く理解し、多様なステークホルダーの共感を得られるようコミュニケーション戦略を柔軟にカスタマイズできる適応力 優れた組織管理能力およびプロジェクトマネジメントスキル（複数の優先事項を自立して管理できる能力） HubSpot、Figma、Adobe Creative Cloud（または同等のツール）の実務での使用経験 歓迎条件 医療従事者、製薬企業、または研究機関のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション経験（がん関連機関に関する知見があれば尚可） 日本の病院や製薬企業との倫理審査手続きまたは契約プロセスの実務経験 Flatironのプロダクトに関連する領域の専門知識を持ち、当社のRWDがヘルスケアエコシステムにもたらすインパクトを効果的に説明できる方（RWD、RWE、製薬ビジネス、医薬品規制当局とのやり取り、オンコロジー、アウトカム研究、臨床研究、または関連するデータ／研究プロダクトなど） 私たちについて Flatironでは、「人」がすべての中心にいます。チームのメンバーが自信、思いやり、そして明確さを持って有意義な貢献ができるよう、お互いを支え合い、エンパワーするカルチャーの醸成に努めています。 諸条件・福利厚生 雇用形態:
