What to Expect エネルギー蓄電システムに関するサポートエンジニアとして、産業用バッテリー蓄電製品の技術支援を担当していただきます。主に、テスラの顧客や内部の自動資産監視システムから報告される機器の問題を診断・解決し、テスラ社および第三者の現場技術者と連携して対応を行います。また、顧客に納入された新規設備の遠隔立ち上げ（リモートコンミッション）にも携わり、現場および製品レベルの品質問題のサポートも行います。 このポジションは東京オフィス勤務となります。 What You’ll Do あなたの役割（What You’ll Do） 産業用バッテリーシステムが期待通り動作しない原因を調査し、修理計画を策定します マイクログリッドや大規模電力網接続アプリケーションなど、さまざまな用途におけるバッテリーシステムの複雑な電気・電子・制御システムの問題をトラブルシューティングします テスラ顧客向け新規産業用蓄電システムのリモート立ち上げおよび運用支援を担当します（顧客仕様に応じた設定、ソフトウェア・ファームウェアの更新、ネットワーク機器の調整、機能テストなど） リモート診断ツールとトラブルシューティング機能を活用し、顧客および現場技術者をサポートします 顧客の制御装置および共有メーターとの通信を可能にするため、テスラ製コントローラーのネットワーク設定を顧客要件に応じて構成します インバータ、電力メーター、バッテリーコントローラー、中央SCADA装置間の通信問題をトラブルシューティングします テスラ社内部ツールで使用されるデータ処理技術の継続的な改善を支援し、性能評価および故障検出を効率化します What You’ll Bring 必須スキル・経験（What You’ll Bring） 電気理論に精通しており、特に直流電源システムまたはその他の電子システム・機器・部品に関する実務経験または知識を有すること 技術サポートの環境およびプロセスに精通しており、問題事例を明確かつ正確、詳細に記録できる能力を有すること 複数の基準に基づいて作業の優先順位を効果的に設定できる能力 CRMシステム、モバイル案件管理／チケットシステム、バグ追跡システムの使用経験があれば尚可 電気の基本概念（交流・直流、電流、電圧、抵抗、電力とエネルギーの違いなど）を理解していること Linux/UNIXプログラミング環境に関する基礎知識または経験 通信システムおよびTCP/IPなどのプロトコルに関する基礎知識または経験（コマンドラインインターフェースを用いたネットワーク通信問題のトラブルシューティングが可能） 電気工学、コンピューターサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号、または同等の実務経験 日本語が堪能であり、少なくとも読み書き可能なレベルの基礎英語力を有していること。 Compensation and Benefits
