Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description 業務内容 東京もしくは仙台を拠点として東北・北関東・甲信越エリアあたりをご担当頂く予定です。 担当製品はプレートリーダー、顕微鏡、フローサイトメーター、セルソーター、自動核酸抽出機、ケミルイメージャーなどの大型機械類とその専用消耗品です。 現在のバイオサイエンス事業部の機器セールスにつきましては、ここ数年、右肩上がりの成長をしております。 また、大型製品の取り扱いが増え、今後も新商品上市を控えている状況です。 大型商談も経験できる可能性もあります。 エンドユーザーはアカデミアのお客様が中心になります。 その他、ベンチャー企業、中小企業、病院のお客様も含まれます。 契約販売店を通しての販売様式を基本とする為、取引先との関係構築も必要となります。 取引先への定期的な訪問や製品勉強会なども実施頂く必要性があります。 同じ営業チームには、試薬専任の営業員も在籍しており、協業して案件を進めていくケースも増えています。 日常業務としては、現場訪問やWebミーティングを介したエンドユーザーとの商談が主になります。 また、ご購入頂いた製品の納品業務やお客様向けのデモンストレーションを行って頂きます。 必要に応じて社内のテクニカルサポートや、テクニカルセールススペシャリストから技術的なフォロー、デモフォローをしてもらえる体制を整えております。 その他、実績予測の提出や定期的な会議、新製品トレーニング受講も業務の一部としてあります。 東北・北関東・甲信越エリアあたりをご担当頂くため、出張が必然的に多くなります。 定期的に東京本社へ出社頂くこともあります。 求める人物像 売上が一層伸びる可能性のある製品群を担当するため、今までとは違うアプローチをするなど、新たなアイディアを実行できる 方を求めております。 必要要件 口頭、書面における優れたプレゼンテーション能力 電話、電子メール、Web会議での円滑なコミュニケーション能力 社内外の相手と友好的かつ効果的な交渉ができる能力 自責の気持ちを持ち、指示を待つのではなく、能動的に業務を遂行する能力 自分へのフィードバックを受け入れる前向きな姿勢 失敗を恐れないチャレンジ精神
