（JPN）眼科クリニック分野の顧客に対して、デジタルプラットフォーム（MARLO）の新規導入を促進し、MARLOを通して新規処方を促すことでユーザー創出を推進させる事と他社への流出を防ぐことを目的に以下を実施します。 ①施設担当者（Rep）の社内トレーニングの実施とサポート活動 所属チームの施設ターゲティングやキーアクションの優先順位をセールスマネージャーと共にリードする。MARLOを通して売上拡大や新製品の導入が見込める施設攻略をRepと協働して計画。また見込み顧客のビジネスニーズを特定し、ツール活用方法や導入意欲を高める提案方法などをRepにトレーニングを行う ②MARLOの新規導入活動 フィールドセールス部門のRepから紹介されるMARLOの見込み顧客に対して、PXMはRepとの施設情報を共有して、CLビジネスを成長させる為の シミュレーションやメリットなどのコンサルティング提案を行い、新規導入を行う。 ③新規導入後、施設のビジネスニーズに合致したトレーニングの提供を行う ビジネスニーズに対して、実務者（コンタクトレンズ販売店スタッフ、施設スタッフ）へのトレーニングやユーザー（患者）への紹介方法、施設内のオペレーション提案等を行い、MARLOを通したコンタクトレンズの販売が浸透するまでサポートを行う ④導入施設のビジネス向上の為のコンサルティング活動 ビジネスへのトータルサポートとして、MARLOを活用するメリットやアルコン製品の差別化を施設に継続して提案し、MARLOを通した販売量（アルコン製品のユーザー数）の拡大とその施設でのシェアＮｏ．１を獲得する。 ⑤社内コミュニケーションの徹底とコラボレーションの強化 フィールドセールス部門のPXM、Rep、ディストリクトセールスマネージャー、e-commerce マネージャ―及び各部署（Omniチーム、マーケティングチーム、トレーニングチーム）と共に相互尊重して常にコラボレーションを意識して、計画の実行や直面する課題への取組を着実に解決、改善する。 （EN） With the aim of promoting the introduction of the digital platform (MARLO) to customers in the field of ophthalmology clinics, promoting the
