企業概要 当社の工業用内視鏡、非破壊検査機器および分析器は、高い技術力と販売力によって、世界トップシェアを獲得しており、航空宇宙・自動車・石油化学など あらゆる産業の品質を支えています。また、近年、データやクラウドを活用したソリューションビジネスへの拡大も進めています。 工業用内視鏡は、航空機や自動車のエンジンや、発電所や科学プラントの各種設備などの、人が直接見ることができない内部の状態を確認するときに用いられています。当社の製品は、企画、開発、製造、販売まで一貫して自社で行っています。様々な国/地域に製品を供給し、アフターサービスまで対応している当社は、グローバル規模で、社会の安心・安全に貢献しています。 求人内容 工業用内視鏡のR&D Mechnicalグループのメンバーとして、グローバルプロジェクトを推進頂きます。 業容拡大に伴い、積極採用中ですので将来のユニットリーダー候補として、将来マネジメント業務への発展も見込めます。 ・具体的な業務内容 ⓵工業用内視鏡の挿入部、光学アダプター、Micro Magnetic actuatorの機械設計、および要素技術開発 顧客の要求から製品仕様をマーケティング部門とも調整の上、設計に展開、製造部門と生産性確認など立上げフォローを主体的に提案・実行し、新製品を開発する。 光学技術者、EL撮像技術者と連携して設計頂く。 ー観察・照明光学系および撮像回路を構成した超小型精密複合機械設計 ーMicro Magnetic actuatorの超小型アクチュエータの設計 ー内視鏡の湾曲機構、挿入部の機械設計 ー熱設計、耐環境性設計（落下衝撃、防水） また、海外メーカーとの共同開発により、これまで以上に多くの製品開発を計画中です。メーカーへの開発委託の内容検討(仕様や製造要件の明確化を含む)や、共同開発プロジェクトを推進いただきます。 海外との頻繁なコミュニケーションが伴いますので、英語でのコミュニケーション能力は必須となります。 ■応募可の最終学歴：大学院・大学 ■日本語力（必須）：ネイティブレベル ■英語力：会話・読解・作文力 上級 *海外メーカーとの日常的なやり取り(メール、オンライン会議)に加え、対面での会議も参加いただく可能性があります。 ■海外出張が可能であること：年1, 2回、1回あたり1週間程度 ■専門スキル・資格等： ・機械設計スキル ・3D_CAD、製図 ・4力学の基礎知識 ・科学的、論理的に評価結果を分析できる統計学などの基礎知識 ・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル ■経験（経験年数）
