大手ナショナルクライアントやD2C・大手メーカー企業に対し、AnyMindの統合アセットを自在に組み合わせて提案し、クライアントの事業成長（GMV最大化・PL改善）を自ら設計・牽引するコンサルティング型ソリューション営業です。 既存のパッケージ商品を売るだけの営業や、単に商談を設定するだけのインサイドセールスではありません。顧客のEC/ブランド事業における構造的ボトルネックを発見し、自らアジェンダを定義して、売上総利益を創出するというビジネスプロデュースを行っていただきます。 具体的な仕事内容 新規開拓から既存アカウントのLTV最大化まで、顧客の経営層・事業責任者と伴走します。 1. インサイドセールス アジェンダ形成型アプローチ： ターゲット企業の事業構造・ECチャネル・物流・SNS運用における課題を事前分析し、「EC運用×物流コスト最適化」「TikTok Shopによる新規層獲得」など、独自の仮説型アジェンダを構築。 キーマン開拓： 単なるテレアポではなく、決裁者（役員・事業部長クラス）へ直接アプローチし、経営レベルの課題に踏み込むコンサルティング商談を創出。 2. フィールドセールス 統合ソリューションの商談・提案： 「EC運用代行 × 3PL物流（AnyLogi）」「TikTok Shop × 自社AIプロダクト（AnyLive等） × IPコラボ」など、AnyMindの強みを掛け合わせた統合ソリューションを提案（提案書作成〜プレゼン〜契約締結）。 事業伴走とクロージング： クライアントのPL（損益計算書）を見据え、初期戦略の合意からPM（プロジェクトマネージャー）へのスムーズな引き継ぎまでをリード。 3. クロスセル提案 LTV最大化の戦略立案： 成果の出た支援クライアントに対し、次なるアジェンダ（例: 日本での成功モデルを武器にしたアジア全域へのクロスボーダーEC展開提案）をアサインし、取引規模を拡大。 必須要件 法人営業経験（1年以上）：BtoB領域でのソリューション営業、アカウントマネジメント、または高度なインサイドセールスの実務経験。 仮説構築能力・提案書作成力：顧客の潜在課題をヒアリングし、自ら解決策を構造化して提案できる能力。 数字に対する高いコミットメント：売上・粗利（Gross Profit）などの目標達成に向け、泥臭く主体的に動けるマインドセット。 歓迎要件 BtoB法人営業・アカウントマネージャー経験（2年以上）
