＜所属組織・担当領域について＞ 当組織は、e-POWER・EVをはじめとするパワートレイン（P/T）・EV製品開発において、音・振動（NVH）性能の企画・設計・開発を担っています。 単なる部品開発ではなく、モーターユニットやエンジン、トランスミッションなどのユニットから車両全体まで幅広い視点で性能開発に携わることができることが特徴です。さまざまな専門部門と連携しながら、お客様が快適さや上質さを実感できるクルマづくりを支える重要な役割を担っています。 ＜職務内容 / Main Task＞ ■具体的な業務内容： e-POWER・EVを搭載する新型車のパワートレイン音振性能（NVH）開発をご担当いただきます。モーターユニット（eP/T）やエンジン、トランスミッションなどから発生する音や振動を最適化し、お客様にとって快適で質の高い乗り心地を実現するための性能設計を行います。 次期車両の性能目標達成に向け、走行性能や航続距離、車両レイアウトなどの制約条件を考慮しながら、シミュレーションや解析技術を活用して効率的な性能設計を推進します。 また、部品設計や制御設計など、ハードウェア・ソフトウェア双方の開発部門と連携し、車両全体を俯瞰したシステム設計に携われることも本ポジションの魅力です。電動化技術の進化が著しい領域であるため、最新技術や市場動向を取り入れながら、新たな技術開発にも挑戦できます。 【業務例】 ・市場動向や競合車、法規制などを踏まえた音振性能目標の設定 ・性能目標を実現するためのシステム設計 - エンジン・モーター・減速機などの振動・放射音を低減する設計 - シミュレーションを活用した部品形状の検討や吸遮音材の最適配置 ※評価実験を担当するチームと連携し、ベンチマーク調査や試作品の評価・検証を進めます。 ※プロジェクト単位で業務を進めており、1案件あたり約3～4か月で開発を推進します。複数プロジェクトを並行して担当いただくことがあります。 ■組織体制・職場環境： 主担2名＋メンバー約13名で構成されています。 年齢や役職に関係なく意見交換しやすく、相談しやすい雰囲気が特徴で、組織サーベイでも高い評価を得ています。また、一人ひとりが主体的に意見や提案を発信できる風土があり、改善活動を継続的に進めやすい環境です。 ＜アピールポイント / Selling Point＞ ■本ポジションならではの魅力： 日産の電動化戦略を支えるe-POWER・EVの音振性能開発に携わることで、最新の電動化技術や車両開発に関する幅広い知識・経験を身につけることができます。 音振性能は、お客様がクルマに乗った瞬間に感じる「第一印象」を左右する重要な性能の一つです。そのため、設計・制御・実験など多くの専門部門と連携しながら、お客様価値を直接高める開発に携われる大きなやりがいがあります。 また、技術力だけでなく、車両全体を俯瞰して性能をまとめ上げる視点や、多様な関係者を巻き込みながら開発を推進するプロジェクトマネジメント力も身につけることができます。 ■将来的に目指せるキャリア： 音振性能の専門性を高めながら、e-POWER・EVの性能開発をリードする技術スペシャリストとして活躍いただくことができます。また、プロジェクトリーダーやチームリーダーとして車両全体の性能開発を牽引するキャリアや、電動パワートレイン開発領域へ専門性を広げるキャリアも目指せます。さまざまな立場、分野の方と協業を行うため、技術力のみならず、ビジネス視点も兼ね備えた車開発全体のリーダーにチャレンジすることもできます。 ※こちら暫定で想定して記載しているので、適量加筆いただけます幸いです。 ＜登録資格 / Skills & Experience＞ ■Must：
