English follows Japanese. シニアセールスエンジニア（日本、インダストリー部） ■会社概要 ポンプの年間生産台数約1700万台、従業員数約2万人、世界60カ国で100を超える拠点を持つポンプメーカーとして、グローバルに事業を展開しています。それぞれの国 や地域に密着した活動により、高い評価を得ています。1986年に日本法人が設立 してから約40年、つねに最先端のポンプ技術を生み出し続け、今後もさらなる需要が見込まれています。 ■仕事内容 シニアセールスエンジニアは、営業チームを率いて売上高と収益性の目標を達成することが主な仕事となります。 担当地域の顧客と良好な関係を築き、全ての連携部門が効果的かつ効率的に協力し、全員が同じ目標に向かって邁進するために必要なアクションをとります。 勤務地は東京都、大阪府、愛知県（名古屋市）のいずれかを予定しています。東京にて積極採用中！ 具体的には 事業目標の達成に向けて、インダストリー部の担当チームを指導、評価、育成。 担当エリアの年間予算策定、売上予測の作成、チームメンバーへの売り上げ目標の割り当て、経費予算の策定、市場や競合の変化に応じた販売計画の調整、年間売上げ・目標管理。 営業方針、手順を明確にし、適切なシステムを導入。コーポレートポリシーの遵守を徹底するとともに、営業チームの活動ガイドラインを提供する。 顧客の支払い管理。毎月売掛金残高を確認し、未払い残高についてはフォローアップするようメンバーに指示。潜在的な不良債権を阻止する。 メンバーとの定期的なコーチングミーティングを開催。顧客開拓や営業のPDCAを確認・実施。 顧客管理ツール内の活動管理を含む、顧客との折衝、販売機会の確保。 ※勤務の半分は外勤を想定。 こんな方からの応募をお待ちしております！ 技術職と営業両方の経歴をお持ちの方。 特にシステム関連の業界での経験を持つ方。 積極的なコミュニケーションが得意な方。 チャレンジ精神が旺盛な方。 フレキシブルに対応可能な方。 チームプレーができる方。 決めたことを確実に実行できる方。 必須条件 大卒以上 ５年以上の法人営業の経験 ２年以上のチームリーダーまたはマネジメント経験 PCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint） 日本語：ネイティブレベル 英語：日常会話レベル以上、積極的に習得したい方
