What to Expect私たちは、電気自動車を販売する営業職をテスラアドバイザーと呼んでいます。テスラアドバイザーは、お客様の来店から納車までのお客様サポートを行い素晴らしい顧客体験をお客様に提供します。テスラアドバイザーは、会社のアンバサダーであり「持続可能エネルギーへ世界の移行を加速する」という壮大なMissionをサポートする一員です。 What You’ll Do ご来店： お客様にご挨拶し、来店目的のヒヤリングを行います。目的に応じた適切な対応を行いスタッフ一同で最高の顧客体験を提供します。販売実績向上のためにお客様の連絡先を獲得し将来のお客様としてフォローアップを行います。 ヒヤリング： お客様とのやり取りを通し将来のライフプラン、購入に向けた課題のヒヤリングを行います。課題解決に向けて顧客情報の収集を行い商談に向けて準備を行います。 試乗： お客様との試乗体験を通じてTesla の最先端の電気自動車の魅力をお伝えしていただきます。 商談： ヒヤリング情報や試乗体験を元にお客様のニーズに合わせた適切な車両を提案し、購入プラン、購入から納車までプロセスの説明し車両購入をサポート致します。個人のKPI、ストアのKPI達成を目標に日本のセールス・デリバリーターゲットの達成を目指します。 納車： 車両のオーダー完了後に、納車までの流れの説明、納車書類の郵送、返送書類の確認を行います。 車両準備が完了次第、お客様と納車日の決定を行い納車日までお客様サポートを行います。Tesla Advisorは弊社のアンバサダーとして顧客満足度の向上に努めます。 What You’ll Bring Teslaのミッション、プロダクトに興味をお持ちの方 顧客対応に優れた経験をお持ちの方 個人のKPI、ストアのKPIの達成を目指し、チームワークを発揮できる方 高いコミュニケーションスキルを持ち顧客対応、社内業務を円滑に行える方 過去２年間事故歴のない日本の運転免許を有する ■待遇・福利厚生： 通勤手当、健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険、ユニフォーム支給 社員持ち株制度・株購入制度あり※Teslaの株価は自動車業界時価総額No.1です ■休日・休暇： 完全週休2日制 (シフト勤務) 年間有給休暇12日～20日／年（初年度は入社月によって変動） 傷病休暇10日間／年（ヘルスケア、メンタルケア、療養、傷病、介護、看護、育児に関する休暇） ボランティア休暇1日／年（ボランティア、社会貢献活動）
