職種 正社員 職務明細 【カタリナマーケティングジャパンとは？】 カタリナマーケティングジャパンは、年間売上10兆円規模の購買データから抽出したインサイトをもとに、市況分析から戦略設計、マーケティング施策の展開、効果測定まで、一気通貫でご提供しています。 クライアントサービススペシャリスト ■ポジションについて/POSITION SUMMARY 小売チェーン様に提案したマーケティング施策実施のためのオペレーション業務、及びクライアント対応を担当いただきます。契約締結や売上提案を行う営業と協力の上、施策実施に向けたデータ集計、システム設定指示、社内調整を軸に、クライアントへの施策内容のご案内/お問い合わせにも対応いただきます。その他、社内知識を生かした幅広い業務をお任せします。 ■部内構成/OUR TEAM 小売業様をクライアントに持つリテールソリューションチームは、大手GSM/SM、ドラッグチェーンといった小売りチェーンの売上拡大に貢献し、小売りビジネスを大きくするためのビジネスパートナーとしての役割を担う営業部署です。消費者の購買履歴等のビッグデータを基に、マーケティング施策を小売りチェーンに提案し、PDCAサイクル全般を担う営業とともに、クーポンキャンペーンを実現するためのサポート業務を担うRetail Operation Client Serviceチームです。またメーカー主導プロモーションが店舗で適切に実施されるための調整や折衝も実施します。 ■魅力/ATTRACTION 小売業さまのビッグデータを活用し、購買行動に基づいたターゲティングで各種マーケティング施策を営業が提案しています。その提案した内容を実キャンペーンに落とし込むオペレーション業務は、企画目的を理解したデータ抽出/クーポンデザイン/システム設定/発券後のデータ集計 まで、一連の流れに関わることができ、社内の仕組みを幅広く理解できるお仕事です。お客様の要望を正しく理解し、正確にシステムに落とし込めるよう、営業やプログラミング部署と密なコミュニケーションをとることで、各小売業さまにご満足いただけるキャンペーンを実現します。 また、オペレーション業務だけではなく、小売業さまへの企画説明、問合せ対応といった直接のコミュニケーションもあり、法人対応のスキルアップも望めます。営業/オペレーション 両方の視点をバランスよく生かして、様々な経験できるお仕事です。 貴方のご経験をカタリナマーケティングジャパン（Catalina Marketing Japan）でぜひ活かしてください！ ご応募をお待ちしております。 スキル・資格 ■必須要件/SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • 社会人経験５年以上 • 法人対応経験者 • 日本語レベル：ネイティブレベル • 小売業もしくは一般消費財メーカー、マーケティング会社、調査会社、IT・デジタル業界などでの経験2年以上 • エクセルによる集計(売上データ、POSデータ、その他細かい数値を扱った経験)・リスト作成、パワーポイントによる資料作成経験がある方 • 中級レベルのPCスキル：Word、Excel
