職種 正社員 職務明細 国内外大手2社の合弁会社で､高い安定性を実現！ ビルメンテナンスの国内パイオニアであるグローブシップ㈱と、世界の総合施設管理大手の仏ソデクソ (Sodexo S.A.) との合弁会社が、 ｢グローブシップ･ソデクソ･コーポレートサービス株式会社｣です｡ 両社のノウハウやネットワークを生かして､国内の工場や事業所向けに清掃や警備､備品調達など､ 総合施設管理（IFM: Integrated Facility Management ）事業を展開｡ これにより､今まで以上のサービス展開､質の向上､安定した取引を実現させています｡ 当社本社の営業チームに所属していただき、当社のメインサービスであるIFM事業のさらなる効率化や事業領域の拡大、その他新規事業開発及び提案、それに伴う業務提携などに携わっていただきます。 当社営業チームは世界的に有名な大手外資系企業を相手にビジネスを展開しており、その営業チームのスーパーバイザーとして、より高いレベルのビジネスの先頭に立って、ご活躍いただきたいと考えております。 また、クライアントとのサービス契約締結後は、サービスの導入から安定化までのサポートにも携わっていただき、クライアントとの長期的なリレーションシップの構築にもご尽力いただくことで、クライアントとの今後の信頼関係構築並びに、追加のサービス契約獲得を目指していただきます。 その後のステップアップとして、営業マネージャーや現場統括マネージャーなどといった道を想定しており、ゆくゆくは当社事業を全体的に統括していただくお立場を目指していただきたいと考えております。 スキル・資格 【必須スキル】 ・新規開発営業のご経験 ・顧客とのリレーションシップの構築、改善の経験 ・コミュニケーション能力 ・PCスキル（Word・Excel・Outlook・Powerpointなど）、およびITリテラシー（Offi ce365・SharePoint・teamsやその他必要なツールを使えること、または使い方を習得できること） ・英語力（英語によるミーティング等あり） 【できれば必要な経験・資格】 ・ファシリティマネジメントに関する新規営業のご経験 ・新規サービス立上げ営業のご経験 【歓迎する人物像や経験】 ・ホスピタリティマインドの高い方 ・コミュニケーション能力が長けた方 ・チームワークを大切にできる方 ・安定企業で長期勤務を希望される方
