求人内容 ・自動車OEM/Tier1顧客に提供する仮想シミュレーション環境の技術的キーパンソンとして、チームを取りまとめ開発を推進する ・社内外のステークホルダー（顧客/営業/マーケティング/ハードウェア設計/品質管理）と自動車市場の動向を考慮した製品開発を計画するとともに製品開発をリードする ・仮想化、モデリング、シミュレーション、デジタルツイン、MBD/MBSE、PLM 等、最新の技術検討および製品計画への反映 ・EDAベンダー、IP・テクノロジサプライヤーとの協業の取りまとめ ・顧客への提案・技術サポートの取りまとめ ・社内チーム（FAEs/Apps/Sales）との連携業務 ・最先端企業（ツールベンダー、システムインテグレーター、エンジニアリングサービスなど）、大学、研究所との技術スカウティングならびに関係構築 ※就業場所の変更の範囲、従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします。 資格 【必須要件】 ・自動車/仮想プラットフォーム/SW開発/HWモデリングにおける15年以上の経験、5年以上のリーダー的役割の経験 ・新しい取り組みや型にはまらない取り組みを企画・実行する能力 ・SoC/MCUデバイスの開発経験やCPUアーキテクチャの専門知識 ・SystemC/QEMU/Emulatorなどを用いたシミュレーション技術の理解 ・仮想化技術や（組込み）ソフトウェア開発に関する専門的な知識 ・SoC機能仕様の理解 ・複数の国にまたがるソフトウェア開発プロジェクトのマネージメント経験。異分野・異文化のチーム調整経験 ・社内および顧客との優れたコミュニケーション/プレゼンテーションスキル ・英語：ビジネスレベル 【歓迎要件】 ・半導体デバイスの仕様検討の経験 ・シミュレータ（SILS/SPILS）の開発または広範な使用経験 ・C/C++での開発経験 ・Linuxでの開発経験 ・Simulinkを用いた車載向けモデルベース開発経験 ・モデルからのCコード自動生成の知識 ・SystemCによる、HWのモデリング経験 ・GPUへのプログラミング実装経験 ・CMMIなどのソフトウェア開発プロセス定義に則ったソフトウェア開発経験 ・組み込みソフトウェアの開発経験（アプリケーションやドライバ) ・PCBの設計経験 ・Spice/IBISモデルに関する知識 ・Physical Simulatorを使った、SI/PI/EMC/Thermal Analysisの経験 その他の情報
