責任: • 標準業務手順書、安全性に関する規制、ファーマコビジランス、および事業テクノロジー品質基準を遵守するようファンクションを管理および指揮し、関連するGxPガイドラインや担当する職務領域内で蓄積された安全性報告などを含めて、国内外の法律や規制を遵守する。 • 日々更新されるファーマコビジランス関連法規を監視し、グローバルPVシステムに追加すべき変更の実施に向けた戦略的方向性を提案および提供する。これには、複数のファンクションの調整を含む、ファンクションをまたいだアプローチが必要とされる場合もある。 • 国際規制、ガイドライン、および社内基準に基づき、PSMFなど規制で義務づけられた書類を確立およびその維持を徹底する。 必要に応じて、PV自己点検と監査の準備と実施をサポート、および規制で定められたPV自己点検や監査の際にバックオフィスを編成またはサポートする。 シグナル検出と管理プロセスを監督／主導する。 • ファーマコビジランスプロセスを実施し、安全性データの均一かつタイムリーな分析を徹底する。 • ファンクション領域内で、新しいプロセスの記述、または現在のプロセスの改善／最適化の重要な取組みを主導する、またはこれに貢献する。安全性科学のインプットが必要とされる際のプロセス最適化を行うファンクションすべてのチームの専門家として行動する。 • ファンクション内で、直属の部下に日常業務の管理サポートおよび指示を提供する。 • 安全性データと分析に関する、研究活動または市販後活動に貢献する。 • 安全性データに基づく分析と意思決定をサポートするグローバルチームへの高度な分析アウトプットを開発および提供する。 • 新規基準レポートの開発、あるいは既存の基準レポートの改善を行う。 • ユーザーの事業領域専門家およびソリューションを実施する技術チームにとって有益かつ有意義な形で、ユーザー要件を収集、列挙、および文書化する。 • データベースの変更、またはユーザー／レポーティング要件による影響を分析する。 • 事業要件に技術的ソリューションを導入する。 • 複雑な分析を一般の視聴者にわかりやすくするための、データ視覚化ツールを模索、分析および導入する。 • 安全性関連の事業プロセスおよび／または検査SME/Leadsに責任を持つ。 • 有害事象報告書の医学的評価を提供することもある。 • 新薬申請の安全性最新情報、治験薬の安全性報告、担当医師のコミュニケーション、製品のラベリング／包装と添付文書、および必要に応じて、その他の文書の作成を補佐する。 望ましい応募資格:
