■募集地 こちらは初任地【広島】の求人ページとなります。 ※将来的には全国転勤あり。金融機関代理店への出向あり。 ※金融法人部門オフィス所在地 東京・仙台・名古屋・大阪・広島・福岡 2024年3月現在 ■職務の特徴・魅力 ホールセラーとして提携先の金融機関に対するコンサルティング営業を行っていただきます。 お客様により良い生命保険を提供することができるよう、主に訪問により当社保険募集の推進・管理ならびに金融機関担当者の育成を行う業務です。 金融のプロフェッショナルである銀行や証券会社を取引相手とするため、自分自身も業務経験を通して、金融リテラシーを高めスキルアップを図ることができます。 銀行出向時には、保険会社にいながら銀行のカルチャーを経験し、銀行員として保険販売に携わることができます。 なお、金融機関代理店営業のため、顧客への直接販売はありません。 ■具体的な仕事内容 ホールセラー ・提携金融機関（都市銀行、信託銀行、地方銀行、証券会社など）への販売推進、販売支援、管理に関する活動全般 ・提携金融機関の支店等における各種研修、勉強会、顧客セミナー等の開催 ・提携金融機関の保険販売担当者に対する同行サポート、案件相談、情報提供等を通じた販売支援活動 ・提携金融機関の保険販売担当者に対する募集コンプライアンスの徹底、管理 キーアカウント ・提携金融機関のリテール本部に対する保険販売戦略の企画立案や提案 ・保険販売施策の企画立案、提案 ・全店研修、顧客セミナー等の開催に関する企画立案、提案 ホールセラー/キーアカウント ・所属統括部により、全国出張（1日～1週間）あり ・銀行への出向あり ■入社後の研修、教育制度 当社の保険商品はもちろん、競合他社との商品比較や、銀行窓販に関するコンプライアンス、日々の業務で使用する社内システムや経費精算システムの単元もあり、 新規入社の方が入社後に困らないようサポートいたします。 また、各配属先の営業統括部には新規入社者の研修担当社員がおり、ホールセラーとして独り立ちできるようになるまでサポートします。 特に対金融機関へ行う勉強会のプレゼンについては、研修担当者・統括部長・部長も関わり、金融法人部門一丸となり手厚い指導・サポートを実施します。 入社2-3年度にもフォローアップ研修、管理職向けには新任管理職向け研修なども実施しています。各社員の段階に応じて、その時々に必要な研修を行う土壌の整った組織です。 入社後の業務面でのサポートとは別に、全国の先輩ホールセラーや年齢の近いホールセラー、その他業務で関わりのある社員とコミュニケーションをとれるよう 役員参加のラウンドテーブルやランチケーションを開催して社員間のコミュニケーションも円滑にとれるようサポートしております。 ■1日のスケジュール例 9：00／銀行訪問① ※直行 10：00／銀行訪問②
