Streamhubについて Streamhubは、テレビ、オーディオ、ストリーミングサービス向けに、統合オーディエンス計測、メディアプランニング、ターゲティングを支援するグローバルなアナリティクスプラットフォームです。 私たちのミッションは、メディア業界全体において、動画・視聴データを誰もが活用できる、実用的な情報へと変えることです。 世界各国の放送局、ストリーミングプラットフォーム、広告会社と協業し、高度なデータ分析、AIを活用したインサイト、スケーラブルなエンジニアリングを組み合わせることで、メディア・広告業界のバリューチェーンに存在する複雑な課題を解決しています。 現在、東京およびバンガロール拠点のチーム拡大に伴い、B2Bテックスタートアップの環境で、裁量を持って事業とプロダクトの成長に関わりたい方を募集しています。 ポジションについて このポジションは、一般的なプリセールス職とは異なります。 Senior Sales Engineerとして、Streamhubにとって重要な3つの領域、 「顧客」「プロダクト」「テクノロジー」 の交点に立ち、それぞれをつなぐ役割を担っていただきます。 顧客が「この仕組みはどう動いているのか」「実際にどこまで実現できるのか」を知りたいときに頼られる技術的なパートナーであると同時に、プロダクト・エンジニアリングチームに対して、顧客現場から得られるリアルなニーズや市場のシグナルを伝える存在です。 具体的には、大きく2つの役割があります。 1つ目は、さまざまな技術レベルの顧客と向き合い、日常的なアカウント支援から、イノベーションセッション、複雑な要件整理、既存プロダクトの可能性を広げるソリューション設計までを担うことです。 2つ目は、営業・マーケティングプロセスにおけるAIを活用したワークフローの要件定義および設計・実装をリードすることです。顧客のデータパイプラインや社内業務のどこにAIを適用すれば価値を生み出せるかを特定し、実際にワークフローを構築します。そこで得た知見は、StreamhubのAIプロダクトロードマップにも直接フィードバックしていただきます。 Country Managerの直属となり、エンジニアリングチームとも密接に連携しながら、日本およびアジア太平洋地域の顧客・案件における技術面の中核担当者として活躍していただきます。 主な業務内容 顧客イノベーション・技術要件整理 表面的な機能要望にとどまらず、顧客の本質的な課題や要件を把握するための技術ディスカッションをリード 顧客向けイノベーションワークショップを企画・実施し、AIやStreamhubのプロダクトを活用することで、視聴計測・データ分析上の課題をどのように解決できるかを提案 日本およびAPAC地域の顧客に対する主要な技術アドバイザーとして、難易度の高い課題に対する検討・解決を支援 複雑な技術要件・データ要件を正確に整理し、プロダクトおよびエンジニアリングチームが実行可能な明確な仕様・ブリーフへ落とし込み 顧客との長期的な技術的信頼関係を構築し、継続利用の促進やパートナーシップ拡大につなげる AIワークフローの設計・実装 顧客のデータパイプライン、計測プロセス、社内デリバリーワークフローにおけるAI活用を設計・実装 単なる提案にとどまらず、実際に仕組みを構築していただきます 大規模言語モデルLLM、自動化、各種AIツールを活用し、データ統合、品質チェック、異常検知、インサイト生成などを効率化できる領域を特定 Airflow、Kubernetes、AWSGCP上で構築された顧客データパイプラインのモニタリングおよび運用管理 新しいAIツールやテクノロジーを継続的に評価し、顧客やStreamhub社内にとって実質的な価値につながる活用方法を検討 プロダクト開発への貢献 顧客とプロダクトチームの間の構造化されたフィードバックチャネルとして、現場で得た知見を具体的かつ論理的なプロダクト提案へ変換 複数顧客から得られるニーズや課題を整理・分析し、共通するパターンを抽出することで、プロダクトの優先順位付けやロードマップ策定に貢献 オーディエンス計測、AdTech、AI領域の最新トレンドを継続的にキャッチアップし、Streamhubのプロダクトロードマップに市場動向を反映 ロンドンおよびバンガロールのエンジニアリング・プロダクトチームと連携し、一貫したデリバリー品質とナレッジ共有を実現
