概要 RWAS (Real-World & Analytics Solutions)は医療ビッグデータ/リアルワールドデータの解析・ソリューション構築と提供・研究支援事業および医療・ヘルスケアに特化した経営コンサルティング機能を有する組織です。 Medical Information Strategyは、国内外IQVIA Groupと協力した新規ソリューションの企画開発、リアルワールドデータをベースとした事業開発、自治体・医療機関・官公庁などへのサービス開発等を担当しています。 今回は、自治体・医療機関向けのプロダクト/ソリューション事業拡大のため Sr. Technical Consultant / Project Manager職を募集します。 業務内容 社内外の複数の関係者とともに、医療ビッグデータ/リアルワールドデータを 活用したプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスの開発と継続的な改善をリード頂きます。 •IQVIAの中長期戦略に基づいた、最適なプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスコンセプトの企画と事業目標の設定•顧客シニアマネジメント層への提案と説明•プロダクト/ソリューション/サービスの中長期的なロードマップの作成と改善に向けたバックログ管理•開発チーム、セキュリティ・コンプライアンスコミッティとの議論に基づいた、持続的かつ最適なプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスデザインと開発プランの策定•最新の市場・技術動向の把握とプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスへの改善提案応募資格 必須 ・顧客サイトにおいてのワーキング参加から要件定義などの上流フェーズ、並びにそれ以降の開発から定着化までの導入支援の経験。 ・最新のテクノロジーに対する目利き力、それらを採用したアーキテクチャ設計の経験とスキル ・ソフトウェア、サービス開発、SIプロジェクト、いずれかにおける10年以上の技術部隊での経験、および、長期的な製品ポートフォリオ/ロードマップの策定/管理経験 ・5年以上にわたる、5人以上のメンバーを率いたプロダクトオーナー、プロジェクトマネージャなどの経験 ・システム開発における確実なQCDステータス管理、状況を構造化し透明性のある報告が行えるスキルと経験 尚良 ・中央省庁を含む、医療従事者、施設に対する幅広いネットワーク ・自治体ならびに公的病院に対して統合医療データベース、プラットフォームの提案、構築に関わった経験 ・海外との英語でのコミュニケーション能力（バーバル/mail）とネイティブな日本語能力 ・医療情報分野における国の実証実験や各種団体（JAMI、JAHISなど）への参加経験 ・医療情報分野に関わる、各種データ交換規約（HL7 FHIR、DICOM）や、標準データコード（ICD10、HOT、JLAC10）、各種ガイドライン（3省2ガイドライン、個人情報保護法など）、データモデル（SDM, OMOP)に関する知識 ・クラウドサービス（Azure/AWSなど）、データウェアハウス、データレイク、各種BIツールを用いた医療情報データの分析と環境構築の経験 IQVIA is
