職種 正社員 職務明細 【カタリナマーケティングジャパンとは？】 カタリナマーケティングジャパンは、年間売上10兆円規模の購買データから抽出したインサイトをもとに、市況分析から戦略設計、マーケティング施策の展開、効果測定まで、一気通貫でご提供しています。 ■ポジションについて/POSITION SUMMARY CCO(Chief Commercial Officer)管轄の事業部（コマーシャル＆オペレーション）において、CCO オペレーション・ファイナンスコントロールのマネージャーにレポートするポジションです。消費財メーカーのマーケティングサポートを行う、インストア事業（クーポン）、デジタル・アドバタイジング事業（広告）の両事業を対象に、売上予測、実績（売上、利益）の分析、予算管理など、KPIを扱う業務に従事していただきます。（ファイナンス部門と連携する、事業部付きのポジションです。）具体的な業務としては、経営陣や各部門リーダーが集まる定例会において、Weekly, Monthlyのサイクルで、これらのKPIを報告するための準備、資料作成などです。加えて、予算管理に伴う各種の補助業務も含まれます。データを正確・迅速に処理、管理する力、会社の営業、各種のオペレーション部門などの関連部署と連携し、調整する力が求められます。 ■魅力/ATTRACTION 日本を代表するナショナルブランドメーカーのマーケティングサポートとして活用されている、当社のインストア事業、デジタル・アドバタイジング事業の両事業の推進・拡大に、KPI管理の観点でサポートいただきます。事業部付きのファイナンス系ポジションのため、セールスやオペレーションに近い立ち位置で営業戦略、予算策定、予実管理、利益（コスト）管理などのKPI業務に携わっていただけるポジションです。事業部に所属しながらも、当社の７割程度の人員を擁するコマーシャル＆オペレーション部門全体の予算・コスト管理等を通じて、会社全体を見渡すこともできるユニークなポジションです。 ＜キャリアプラン＞ • CCOの直下に位置するCCOオペレーション・ファイナンスコントロール部門のマネージャーにレポートするポジションです。 • 入社後は、同部門における補助業務を中心にご担当いたただきますが、その後、営業企画や、よりデータハンドリングに傾斜したようなポジションへの展開性も考えられます。 ■部内構成/OUR TEAM CCOの直下に位置するCCOオペレーション・ファイナンスコントロール部門は、正社員ではマネージャーと本ポジションの2名体制ですが、コマーシャル＆オペレーション部門の傘下にある、営業部（メーカー）、営業部（リテーラー）、インストア・ソリューション部、デジタルアド・ソリューション部、オペレーション部、データ・アナリティクス部などと幅広く連携していただくことになります。 連携する切り口としては、データ処理や分析による営業・企画系のサポート、データからのインサイトの提示、社内の各種オペレーションの改善、データ整備の改善や提案などがあります。コマーシャル＆オペレーション部門内のみならず、ファイナンス部門やCEOオフィスなどとの連携も重要になります。 とりわけ営業部との連携は主要業務となり、消費者の購買履歴等のビッグデータを分析しながら、マーケティング施策を消費財メーカーに提案する営業組織をサポートし、カタリナのビジネスモデルや営業活動を踏まえ、営業の予算達成や会社全体の戦略に対して、データの観点から貢献していきます。 データを正確、適切、効率的にハンドリングするとともに、ご自身が携わる業務の中で、さまざまな改善や効率化を図る余地がある箇所を発見し、自らその手法を提案するような、問題発見・解決型の方にご活躍を期待します。 貴方のご経験をカタリナマーケティングジャパン（Catalina Marketing Japan）でぜひ活かしてください！ ご応募をお待ちしております スキル・資格 ■必須要件/SKILLS&QUALIFICATIONS • 営業企画/経営企画/事業企画などの領域における、売上・利益などの主要KPI関連の補助業務（3年以上） • エクセルによる各種の集計・分析、パワーポイントによる資料作成 • 業務・システム・オペレーション改善のプロジェクトマネジメントに携わった経験
