プログラムマネージャー/ Program Manager Description - 事業内容 ・PC関連のマネージドサービス(Managed Device Service - MDS) ・プリンター関連のマネージドサービス(Managed Print Service - MPS) マネージドサービス導入時のプロジェクト管理 ・案件受注後、案件詳細を担当営業より引継ぎ、導入プロジェクトを開始する。 ・マネージドサービスの契約内容を把握し、顧客への説明および導入プロジェクト管理を行う。 ・適切なスケジュールを策定し、顧客と合意のうえ、あらかじめ定められたコストで、導入プロジェクトを遂行する。 ・都度進捗を管理し、顧客への報告、および遅延が発生した場合のリカバリアクションを行う。 ・顧客への報告およびプロジェクト遂行に伴い必要となる資料を作成する。 ・社内関係部署と連携し、必要なサービスを適したタイミングで顧客に提供する。 ・導入完了後、速やかに各種システムへの登録を行い、サービス開始の手続きを行う。 ・契約内容に従い、管理者もしくはユーザー向けトレーニングを実施する。 ・問題発生時には問題管理を開始し、SPOCとなり関連部署の支援のもと問題解決を行う。 必要に応じて、海外の製品部門や保守部門にエスカレーションを実施する。 ・すべてのアクションが完了したのち、保守対応はコールセンターに引き継ぎ、顧客窓口をカスタマーサクセスマネージャーに引き継ぐ。 グローバルインバウンド案件の対応 ・グローバルインバウンド案件の場合、日本国内の導入プロジェクト担当として、社内および顧客の国内外の担当者と各種調整を行う。 ・導入時の各種設定、およびシステム登録を、海外の担当者が実施する場合は、適切な連携を行う。 案件拡大機会の創出 ・導入プロジェクト遂行中に、案件拡大の機会が生じた場合、顧客とのコミュニケーションにより要求事項を的確に把握する。 ・その後、担当営業もしくはカスタマーサクセスマネージャーと連携し、タイムリーに適切な提案を行う。 必要なスキル ・PM PLの経験
