企業概要 私たちSGSはスイスジュネーブに本拠を置き、全世界2,600拠点のオフィス・ラボと99,600人を超える社員を擁する世界最大の認証機関です。Global統一の国際基準や規格、また国ごとに異なる規制に対応した試験/Testing・検査/Inspection・認証/Certification・検証/Verificationを提供しています。グローバルサプライチェーンの中で『より良く、安全で、相互につながりある世界の実現”Creating a better, safer , more interconnected world”』の為、最高レベルのサービスを提供しつづけます。 求人内容 SGSの認証サービス部門における医療機器認証サービスを担当するセールスを採用します。 セールス業務としては以下をご担当いただきます。 ・新規顧客開拓 ・既存顧客の維持、深堀営業による既存顧客内での拡販 ・顧客から問題点のヒアリングの上で提案書の作成 ・契約書、見積書の作成 ・セミナーを含めたプロモーション活動の企画、実施 【募集背景】 多くの国においては、医療機器をマーケットに流通させる要件として、該当製品のライセンスの取得、プロセス及び/又は品質マネジメントシステムに対する適合が要求されます。また特定のマーケットにおいては、規制当局に認定・登録された第三者認証機関が、これらの認証審査を実施することとなっています。近年、ヨーロッパにおける医療機器規制の改正、イギリスにおける医療機器規制の制定等の背景もあり、医療機器認証のニーズが更に高まっています。SGSは、国内外の医療機器認証マーケットでトップクラスのシェアを有する認証機関として活動していますが、更なる成長を実現するため、新しい仲間を募集することになりました。 【仕事内容】 ■取扱いサービス ・薬機法、MDR、UKCAに基づく医療機器認証審査、MDSAP認証審査、ISO13485認証審査、これらに付随する教育訓練サービス ■やりがい ・成長性のある分野での経験を積むことができる ・日本国内だけでなく海外オフィスとコミュニケーションを取りながら仕事を進めることができる ・医療機器及び医療機器規制に係る知見を深め、セールス・エキスパートとして成長することができる 【具体的な業務内容】 セミナー、展示会、既存クライアントからのご紹介等から発掘したリードのニーズに応じた最適な提案をし、新規顧客・新規申請を獲得していただきます。リードの主な窓口は、医療機器の製造販売業者・製造業者の薬事や品質管理部門となりますので、医療機器規制の智識を活用しながらの営業活動が必須です。新規顧客との契約締結後、アドミニストレーション部門で認証審査の手配・準備を進め、審査部門にて審査活動を実施することになります。 【チーム構成】 医療機器専属スタッフ25名 ※セールス、アドミニストレーション及び審査員 【入社後の流れ】 入社後、Face to faceのトレーニングを実施します(1.5ヵ月-2ヵ月)。トレーニング終了後、OJT研修を進め、4ヵ月目より独り立ちしたセールスとして活躍していただきます。 資格
