Jiteraについて Jiteraは、モバイルおよびWebアプリケーションの開発自動化を可能にする、生成AIを用いたローコード・ノーコードプラットフォームを開発している日本発のスタートアップ企業です。 Jiteraの開発自動化プラットフォームを使用することで、ソフトウェア開発を10倍速く行うことができます。 開発中で試行錯誤が絶えないですが、当社のプラットフォームで開発されるアプリケーションは増えています。通常のコーディングをゼロから行う場合と比べて、10倍速くモバイルアプリケーションが開発されたケースもあります。 Jiteraはフルリモートでグローバルな組織です。様々なチャレンジのもと、過去1年間で収益、チーム、提供できるサービス価値など、多くの面で成長を遂げてきました。 このポジションについて 当社の製品品質の維持と向上を担うリードQAエンジニアとして、開発されるシステムが正しい機能を備えており、要件仕様に準拠していることを保証する責任を負います。品質基準に適合するようにテスト戦略を立案し、実行することで、ユーザーに高品質な体験を提供することが求められます。 また要件定義フェーズよりプロジェクトマネージャーと伴走し、要件の理解を深めつつ、プロジェクトマネージャーをサポートする業務にも携わります。 主な業務内容 探索的テストによるシステムのバグの特定、報告、追跡 要件に従ったシナリオテストの作成、及びそれらの文書化 テスト活動の実行とテスト結果の評価 プロダクトオーナーや開発者と連携し、問題解決を行う QAプロセスの改善提案と実装 副次的な業務内容（プロジェクトマネージャー補佐） ユースケースなど要件定義資料の作成 要件定義書やFigma上の画面項目の翻訳（日本語から英語がメインです） ドキュメント作成とスケジュール管理（例：ミーティングの議事録、スケジュール等） Requirements 必要なスキル・経験 ソフトウェア品質保証における実務経験 テストシナリオの作成能力 問題の特定、分析、解決能力 （特にリモートワークで必要となる）高いスピード感覚とオーナーシップ 英語でのビジネスレベルの会話能力、あるいは英語を本気で学ぶやる気がある 歓迎されるスキル・資格 IT業界やソフトウェア開発プロセスの基本的理解 Agile開発環境での作業経験 テスト関連資格（例：ISTQB Certification） ChatGPT、Open Interpreter、Microsoft Copilotなど、最新の生成AIサービスを使いこなす主体性と知見がある リスペクトを持ち、コミュニケーションを大切にしてチームとして成果を出せる人柄 Benefits 待遇・福利厚生 フルリモート・フルフレックス
