ウーブン・バイ・トヨタについて ウーブン・バイ・トヨタは、トヨタの100年に一度のモビリティ・カンパニーへの変革に寄与していきます。「自分以外の誰かのために」発明を続けたという歴史からインスピレーションを受けた私たちのミッションーそれは、モビリティの定義を拡げ、そしてモビリティが社会に貢献する方法を拡張し、人を想うイノベーションで、モビリティの常識に挑み続けることです。 私たちは4つの柱を中心に活動しています：自動運転・先進運転支援システム技術のAD/ADAS、SDV（ソフトウェア定義車両）のための車両ソフトウェア生産プラットフォームであるArene、モビリティのテストコースであるWoven City、そして協業基盤を支えるデジタル・インフラストラクチャのCloud & AIです。また、ビジネスに不可欠な機能がこれらのチームの実装を下支えし、一丸となって「事故ゼロ社会」と「幸せの量産」の実現に向けて取り組んでいます。 = チームについて 私たちのチームは、市販車向けに、より安全で安心な車両制御アプリケーションの開発を目的としています。 自動運転システムにはドライバや周辺システムと協調したシステムの状態管理アプリケーションや、冗長構成を含む堅牢なフェールセーフ機構が必須となります。またシステムの動作状態を監視し、ドライバへ適切な情報を提示して協調すること、終了時には確実にドライバへ運転操作を受け渡すことが極めて重要です。 自動運転システムや運転支援システムの重要技術に関心がある方の応募をお待ちしております。 求める人材 AD/ADASシステムにロバストで最適なソフトウェアの開発を担当していただきます。以下の分野のうち、少なくとも1つの分野での経験を有していることが期待されます。 ・フェールセーフのためのシステムアーキテクチャの設計とアプリケーションの実装 ・システム状態管理アプリケーションの設計/実装 業務内容 クロスファンクショナルな協業により、より安全安心の自動運転システム、運転支援システムの実現をすること 組み込みシステム向けに、効率よくリアルタイムADASアプリケーションを開発すること フェールセーフ要件やシステム要件から、リアルタイムプラットフォーム用の実現可能なアプリケーションソフトウェアに適用すること 機能安全、SOTIF等のプロセスに基づいて開発、成果物を作成すること 設計・評価効率を高めるための開発ツールを設計・実装すること 上位要件から評価仕様を設計し、SILS/HILS/実車評価を行い、評価結果を解析すること ハイブリッドワーク方針に基づき、週に少なくとも３日はオフィスに出社すること 必須条件 CまたはC++でのプログラミング経験 クロスファンクショナルかつ多種多様なステークホルダーとの複雑な要件の調整能力 システムの問題を特定、分析、解決するスキル ネイティブレベルの日本語 歓迎条件 FMEA/FTAの経験がある 機能安全、SOTIFのプロセスに基づいた開発経験がある ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルとテスト方法論に関する知識 pythonでのプログラミング経験、データ処理スキル = 注意事項 ・通常、すべての面接はGoogle
