※こちらのポジションは、埼玉県エリアをご担当いただきます。 担当エリアや業務状況により、週3日程度の出張（宿泊を伴う場合有）が発生する可能性があります。 Amazonは、フルフィルメントセンターからデリバリーステーションまで一貫した物流ネットワークを構築・運営しています。デリバリーステーションは、お客様に高品質なサービスを提供するラストマイル配送を担っている部門です。 今回募集するSr. Channel Team Leadは、デリバリーステーションの成長を牽引する中核ポジションです。配送パートナーと密接に連携し、オペレーション管理、品質の継続的な改善、および複雑な課題解決を主導的かつ戦略的に実行することで、カスタマーエクスペリエンス向上・パートナーサクセスに貢献します。 物流・オペレーション未経験の方も歓迎しており、入社後はOJT・トレーニングを通じて、課題解決・プロジェクト推進など、必要なスキルを段階的に習得できる環境が整っています。 ■ 業務内容 ■ ①オペレーション 担当する複数のデリバリーステーション（3～4拠点）における年間目標（安全・品質・生産性）の達成に向け、改善活動の計画立案、実行、および進捗管理を一貫して行い、目標達成に対する責任を負います。 日々の配送オペレーションにおける課題（需要変動、システムトラブルなど）に対し、Amazonのポリシー・コンプライアンスを遵守しながら、配送パートナーと協働して解決を主導します。 必要に応じ、現状の包括的な分析と客観的な判断基準をマネージャーに明瞭に説明し、適切な戦略的意思決定を促進します。 ②プロジェクト プロセス・システム・テクノロジー導入プロジェクトにおいて、社内の関連部門と連携し、現場導入のプロジェクトチームの一員として役割を実行します。 また、マネージャーの支援を受けて、他部門を巻き込む改善プロジェクトのリーダーとしてプロジェクトマネジメントを行います。 ③ レポーティング・情報共有 配送パートナーのパフォーマンスを現場とデータの両側面から分析し、マネージャーへレポーティングを行います。 課題・リスクを分析し、改善案を立案します。また、データドリブンな意思決定を支えるため、各種メトリクスのトレンド分析を通じて本質的な課題を抽出し、定量的な根拠に基づいた優先順位付けを行います。 ④ チャネル・パートナーシップマネジメント 配送パートナーに対し、安全・品質・生産性改善のコンサルティングを行い、事業の持続的な成長と安定化を促進します。 配送パートナーのエンゲージメント向上をけん引し、リテンション改善の要となる役割を果たします。 ⑤人材開発・文化形成 メンバーの成長を積極的に支援し、会社の就業規則及び各種ポリシーに関する深い理解に基づき、チームメンバーを適切に指導することで、組織の健全性を維持します。メンバーの業務上の懸念事項や課題に傾聴し、必要に応じて適切な専門部署（相談先）と連携するとともに、自律的な問題解決に取り組みます。 リーダーシッププリンシプルを深く理解し、多様性を尊重する組織文化の形成に貢献します。 ■教育制度■ 入社後、約2か月はAmazonのリーダーとして必要な会社のカルチャー・リーダーシッププリンシプル、Amazonの物流ネットワークに関わる知識を学ぶことができる研修の機会を提供しています。本配属後は、トレーナーのもとSr. Channel Team Leadの業務をOJTで学び、各種ツールの使用方法などを習得していく環境を整備しています。 ■キャリアパス■ Sr. Channel Team Leadからキャリアをスタートし、シニアエリアマネージャー、リージョナルマネージャーとなるキャリアアップのチャンスがあります。また、Amazonでは社内公募制度があり、国内外問わず他部署や異なる職種への異動にチャレンジし、社内で多様なキャリアを築くことができます。Amazonでは自身で学び成長することを推奨し、キャリア開発できるようサポートを行っています。 ■会社のカルチャー■ Amazonでは全員がリーダーです。個人の裁量に任される部分が多く、社員の個々の可能性を最大限に伸ばす事を重視しています。様々なバックグラウンドを持った社員が前職で培った多様な経験やスキルを活かして職位や役割に関わらず誰もがチャレンジできる環境です。 Amazonには失敗に寛容な文化があります。まずは試してみることにこだわります。好奇心を持って学びます。時にはリスクを取り、計画通りいかなかったとしても、よりよい成果に繋げられることが私たちの強みだと信じています。
