Position:Customer Support Manager II Job Description: 主な職務内容 1. オペレーション・顧客サービス管理 受注処理全体を管理・監督し、受注登録、出荷状況、納品、請求、バックログ管理が正確かつ適切に行われるよう管理する 社内向けの売上レポートを作成・提供する 注文状況に関する問い合わせに対応し、顧客注文に関する問題を解決する 顧客維持管理（CRM）全般を担当し、顧客課題の解決や顧客接点戦略の策定・実行に参画する RMA（返品承認）プロセスを管理し、返品・交換・修理対応が迅速かつ正確に行われるよう監督する 顧客サービスに関する問題の解決を推進する 2. エスカレーション案件・業務改善対応 サプライヤー対応、契約レビュー、新規プログラム導入などのエスカレーション案件を解決する 顧客向け特別サービスや新規プログラムに関する業務プロセスの設計・構築・運用を行う 市場調査を実施し、標準価格のない製品について適正利益を確保するための価格設定を管理する 3. チームマネジメント 組織の効率的な運営のため、人材の採用・育成・評価を行う メンバーの教育、トレーニング、キャリア開発を支援する チームメンバーの業務進捗や成果をモニタリングし、レビューを実施する パフォーマンス管理や評価、昇給提案などの人事管理を行う 4. 見積・受注管理 顧客ごとの戦略や見積プロセスに沿って、見積作成・価格提示・受注管理業務を統括する場合がある 職務レベル（Job Complexity） 専門職社員やスーパーバイザーを管理する、または大規模かつ複雑な業務運営チームを統括する 自部門・機能におけるチームの成果および業績に責任を持つ リソースや業務上の課題に対応するため、部門計画や優先順位を調整する 方針・手順・事業計画に基づいて意思決定を行い、上位マネージャーから必要な指導を受ける 社員、同僚、顧客に対して専門的な指導・助言を提供する 小規模チームの成果に責任を持つ 限定的なマネジメント権限を有し、目標設定、評価実施、昇給提案などを行う
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role. Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to engage with local clients in Japan.
