Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description 職務概要 CMD（Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Division）事業本部のKey Account Managerとして、指定された重点顧客（Key Account）に対する営業戦略の策定および実行を担当いただきます。顧客の中長期的な投資計画や事業戦略を理解し、CMD製品およびサーモフィッシャー各事業部の製品・サービスを組み合わせた包括的なソリューション提案を通じて、売上目標の達成および顧客との戦略的パートナーシップ構築を推進していただきます。 主な職務内容 CMD事業本部が指定する民間企業のKey Accountに対し、アカウント戦略を立案・実行し、年間売上目標の達成を推進する。 顧客の設備投資計画や事業計画を把握し、CMD製品および他事業部製品を組み合わせたソリューションを提案する。 CMD事業本部内の各事業部と密接に連携し、部門横断型の提案活動を推進する。 マーケティング部門と協力し、顧客ニーズの創出および需要喚起を目的としたセミナー、プロモーション、キャンペーンの企画・実行に参画する。 担当Key Accountにおける四半期ごとの受注・売上予算を管理し、進捗状況を事業本部長へ報告する。 顧客からの案件情報をテリトリー営業および製品営業へ展開し、提案活動を支援する。 各営業担当が作成する提案内容を統括し、顧客に対する窓口として一貫性のある提案を推進する。 顧客で発生する課題やトラブルを把握し、営業部門およびサービス部門と連携して迅速な解決を図る。 Key Account活動や予算情報について、必要に応じてグローバルのCorporate Key Account Managementチームと連携・情報共有を行う。 応募資格 必須要件 5年以上の営業経験 営業戦略・営業計画の立案および実行経験 高いコミュニケーション能力および関係構築力 社内外のステークホルダーとの調整・折衝経験 英語によるE-mailコミュニケーション能力 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）の基本操作スキル 歓迎要件 製薬、化学、材料業界の民間企業向け営業経験
